Membership & billing terms

Updated October 16, 2026

Agreement and current pricing

By confirming enrollment, you agree to these terms for each wrestler enrolled. The current public Elementary and Jr High & High School memberships are each $100 per wrestler per month. An eligible additional wrestler may receive the sibling discount shown during enrollment. The checkout confirmation displays the rate that will apply to your household; that displayed rate controls if it differs from this page. Any future price change applies prospectively and will be communicated before it affects a renewal.

Billing cycle and renewal

Memberships are month-to-month. The first membership period begins on the enrollment date and the first full monthly amount is added to the household account. Unless you timely pause or end the membership, it automatically renews for another monthly membership period on the next displayed renewal date and the applicable monthly amount becomes due. There is no prorating when a billing date changes.

How payment works

The portal currently offers individual card payments through Stripe and the manual payment methods shown in your account. A saved card and automatic recurring card charges are not active. Automatic renewal of the membership means a new monthly balance becomes due; it does not authorize the club to charge a card automatically. If automatic payments are offered later, the club will show the amount, schedule, and authorization terms before you opt in.

Changes before a due date

Request a payment-day change in the member portal at least 48 hours before the next displayed due date. The club must approve the request before that deadline for it to affect that upcoming payment. The cutoff is measured from 12:00 a.m. Central Time on the due date. A request received or approved later cannot change that upcoming bill; contact the club about a future billing cycle. Your current date stays in effect until you receive approval.

Pause or cancel

Parents may pause a membership for one, two, or three months, or cancel it, from Membership & Billing. The change begins on the next displayed renewal date and must be confirmed at least 48 hours before that date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not erase an existing balance. The current paid period continues through its scheduled end. A scheduled change may be withdrawn before it takes effect.

During a pause, new renewals stop and billing does not restart automatically. Re-enrollment, including an early return, begins a new full membership period at the rates shown when you enroll. Remaining siblings’ rates may change for future renewals when family enrollment changes.

Removing a wrestler from the household

You may request removal in the member portal. The current removal notice period is three days; the portal shows the effective date before you confirm. To avoid an upcoming renewal, submit your request early enough that the membership ends before that due date, and at least 48 hours before it. A later request does not cancel a payment already due or an existing balance. You may undo a scheduled removal before it takes effect.

Refunds

Ending or pausing a membership does not automatically refund the current membership period or amounts already due. Contact the club promptly if you believe a payment was duplicated, processed for the wrong amount, or made in error. Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law. If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method; provider processing time may apply.

Failed and overdue payments

A failed or cancelled card attempt does not count as payment, and the balance remains due. You may retry with a valid payment link or contact the club for another payment method. No late fee is currently configured. The club may contact you about an overdue balance and may require the account to be brought current before additional paid services are provided. A failed payment does not itself cancel the membership or stop future amounts from becoming due.

Optional address checking

The portal's optional address-check feature uses Google Maps Platform. By using this feature, you agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy also applies to Google's processing. Review any suggestion before choosing it. You may keep your original address and continue without a successful check. See our Privacy Policy for what we send.
