Who we are

This policy explains how Dead Shot Wrestling Club collects, uses, shares, and protects information through deadshotwrestling.com, the member portal, and related club communications. Contact us at deadshotwrestling@gmail.com, 956-933-6240, or 1719 N Mayberry Rd, Alton, TX 78573.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you request a trial, create a family account, add a wrestler, enroll, make a payment, sign a form, request a lesson, or contact the club. This may include names, contact details, household relationships, wrestler age or grade, emergency and medical information you choose to provide, membership selections, attendance, communications, forms, billing details, and payment history.

We may also collect basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as browser information, timestamps, sign-in activity, and IP addresses associated with sensitive account actions.

How we use information

We use information to provide and administer club programs, place wrestlers in appropriate groups, manage memberships and accounts, process and reconcile payments, schedule activities, communicate with families, maintain safety and attendance records, respond to requests, prevent misuse, and meet recordkeeping or legal obligations.

Payment processing

Card payments are completed on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. Stripe processes card details under its own privacy practices. We receive payment status, limited display information, and transaction references so we can update your club balance, send receipts, and investigate billing questions. We do not ask you to enter or store a full card number or security code in the club portal. The club currently offers individual card payments; automatic recurring card charges are not active.

Optional address checking

When you choose Check Address, we send the street address, city, state, and ZIP code you entered to Google Maps Platform Address Validation to check for possible corrections. We do not include family names, email addresses, or wrestler information in this request. You can accept a suggestion, edit your address, or keep the original. We save only the address you choose when you submit the form; we do not keep Google's raw validation response. The check does not establish residence or guarantee delivery. Google's processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

When we share information

We share information only as needed with service providers that host the site and portal, process payments, deliver email, or support club operations; with coaches and authorized staff who need it for club activities; when you direct us to share it; or when required to protect safety, rights, or comply with law. We do not sell family personal information.

Children and family accounts

The portal is intended for parents, guardians, adult members, and authorized club staff. A parent or guardian should provide and manage information for a minor wrestler. Please do not submit information about a child unless you are authorized to do so.

Cookies and local storage

The site and portal may use cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary for sign-in, security, preferences, and site performance. Blocking required storage may prevent parts of the portal from working.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate memberships, preserve payment and form records, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the club and its members. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can review key family and billing information in the member portal. Contact us to request a correction, ask about access or deletion, or change non-essential communications. Some records may need to be retained for safety, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes.
